Blue Mt. Turkey Shoot Georgian Bowl hosted the annual Turkey Shoot on Sunday Dec 20th. 1st prize went to Laurie Seehaver with a +302 and second was Sid Griffin with + 300. Holly Gibson came 3rd with +283 and Taylor Hanley came 4th with + 278. There were prizes for everyone and cash prizes for the top 4.
Boy's Triples Team
YBC Triples Tournament was held here on Sunday Nov 15th 2009. The top Boy's Team was (photo on left) Devon Thorn, Andrew McEachran and Graham Anderson. The top Girls' Team was (photo on right) Joanne McEachran, Miranda Simmonds and Shelly Stewart. They bowl in Barrie on Dec 6th for the Zone Round. Good luck at the next level!

YBC Bring A Buddy Tournament The Bring A Buddy Tournament was held here on Sunday Nov. 1st. Each YBC bowler brought a friend who does not bowl in the league and they shared 4 games bowling every other frame. PeeWee Division: 1st place Carter Webb, 2nd place Lydia Mirlees and 3rd place was Joshua Hanley Bantam Division: 1st place Joanne McEachran, 2nd place Nathan Hanley and 3rd place Christopher Blackman Junior Division: 1st place Taylor-Marie Pease, 2nd place Taylor Hanley and 3rd place Darcy Skippen Senior Division: 1st place Kaitlyn Parker and 2nd place was Evan McEachran
Strike 13 Midnight Madness Georgian Bowl hosted a Midnight Madness Tournament on Friday October 30th. 6 teams participated and had a lot of fun! 1st place team was "Good Sports" with Jim Lewin, Ben Benford, Shirley Ayles, Trevor Henson and Barb Benford. They were +1636 over 5 games. 2nd place was "Posi's Peeps" with Melanie Hewitt, Lee Hanley, Scott Ainger, Karen Posendorf and Neil Anderson. They were +1632. 3rd place was "Lucky Strike" with Nancy Kivell, Paul Montgomery, Jill Montgomery, Natasha Robitaille and Roger Gallant. They were +1492. The next Strike 13 will be Sunday December 6th.
The YBC Senior Mixed Tournament was held here on October 25th. It was a flat score 5 game tournament where the top 3 ladies and men form a team of mixed youth to compete in Trenton in November. Evan McEachran, Holly Gibson and alternate Melanie Hewitt from Georgian Bowl made the team!
